ALL ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE

After few days of practise....at last we did it. OUR performance won the claps from the crowd,no matter what colour skin they are,they like our performance...Our performance is a combination from 3 groups of dancers...1st group is cute chinese gals,they play handkerchiefs at the down stage.2nd group originally formed by those handsome guys from kiy de,due to insufficient handsome guys,we have to ask 2 more gals to join this group >.< While the last group is formed oso from the 1st year kiy enchanted gals,they pull,swing and rotate those long and wide cloth so that 2 colourful flowers are produced....TEAMWORK is there,my frenz

Forget to mention the PERFORMANCE title thim,our performance is based on de Jay's 'huo yuan jia' song.The song bring some spiritual and tradisional feeling. I beleaf this show never changes from years to year. Perhaps it symbolize the Unity of KIY's chinese. Hope upcoming kiy's juniors will learn and inherit what have been done so far in this college. Of course they can change or alter some pattern of it,because this year we have done this on 23rd March....and the result is positive ^.^

Last but not least,i wish to say 'thanks' to our KIY chinese leng lui FELo ( Cik Amy),my fellow teamates: Ming Cherng,Hau Fei,Siu Kiong,BEnjamin,Ming Yik,Tanny Leong and Wan Sian. Oso very appreciate those other group members,without anyone of them,our show wont be that great.....Oso terima kasih to those who watch our show eventhough they din take part,becoz only them we know our show is good ^.^

LEADERSHIP

Who is the best ever leader in this universe? Bush? Washington? 泽东? or perhaps Gandhi....For me,there is no measurement of how good they lead their people for all these famous Leaders.....many people afraid to lead,that is for sure. They don't want to stand in front of crowd to talk ? Or they scare others will beh syok he/she when leading a team? Or even worse,they shy to face people......Who knows the reasons ??

In our life time,we will confront many different people...nice,bad,selfish,powerful,stupid,gentle and many more.Many things have to done in group,team or a society. We are given the communiciate skill from ALMIGHTY yet we have to use it not wisely but with respect.....Cause others will respect u if u respect others 1st. There is no doubt why there is so many morons is this universe....because they forget to bring respect with their words. Selfish,lanci and those like to act pro are considered morons for me....In Malaysia,we can simply find all these people in 1st UKM,most lectures and tutors are SELFISH,2nd GOVERNMENT, employees are too LANCI ....and 3rd in GARENA gaming society,95% people act themselves fucking pro....i claim myself belongs to the minority 5%,^.^

After talk so many craps...then what about LEADERSHIP? Ya,due to Malaysia poor managent and all the fucking policy...that why so many noob lecturers,tutors,LANCI employees (those who work for government)... is it the time to change leader of Malaysia? I can smell he will soon be kicked.

How to become a leader? Everyone can become a leader if they conduct 3 simple steps. No matter how great the leader is,they will experience all these 3 steps. 1st CONVEY,2nd CONVINCE,and 3rd COMMIT . LEADERSHIP can be defined as asking people to do things they want to do,nor by forcing or asking the things they don't want to do. 1st CONVEY, lead or conduct your followers 1st,if they disobey,then go to 2nd CONVINCE,brainwash them and tell them 'everything will be fine,don worry,i am the boss, i will rectify all those problems'. And last COMMIT, your followers will give commitment and means that they trust you and you are almost there to become a good LEADER. Normally,people cant do well in convincing others. So what is the cure ? CONFIDENCE ! Make them confident with who you are and make them feel that you are a responsibility LEADER. Remember the way you communiciate is the key,always give a smile and talk with respect. This will make your followers relief .Dont feel sad if you fail in your 1st try,what you lack off is CONFIDENT,and be sure this good is always be with you.

From passion to PROFESSION

After eights months i came to ukm...i get knew alot of people...all types of people.And today,i try to write all bout them,but it is impossible.At least let me say something about my roomates. They are PROFESSIONAL. Passionate,Rich,Optimistic,Friendly,Elite,Single,Sentimental,Ironic,Ordinary,Agile and also Legendary. First three people i met for sure is my own roomates,they are Davin Tan aka Tanker Tan,Zhi Hong aka frenzy johorean and not forget my cutest roomate Derek Khoo Kit Young.Davin Tan is my closest buddy and he is RICH,because his chinese name is陈有钱.Davin is a FRIENDLY person and always treat girls well,but not his own roomates,haiz....yet he is still SINGLE. Loh Zhi Hong is PASSIONATE but only when dota. He is sometime IRONIC lar...seriously i said this...he always thinks himself damn fucking pro but in the end just an ORDINARY guy.I have to say Derek Khoo Kit Young is the funniest one among my three roomates. He can simply ask me 'ei guo ming ark,why i feel suddenly so many mosquitoes aim me one?' Without considering he never take bath for two days time...haiz,poor Derek. He is also PASSIONATE when doing some big stuffs like what he had done in AIESEC. When i face hardship,he also there to tell me 'dun woli guo ming,you can make it'....this can show he is OPTIMISTIC. He is quite SENTIMENTAL and i cant explain here because it is a sensitive issue for him. Then what about AGILE, LEGENDARY and ELITE ? This three actually is used to descibe us. We are all AGILE and ELITE among others guys in my college....if u want to compare us with another group of pros?? Then we are LEGENDARY.
